Before you book a call
Can we keep our existing biometric machines?+
In most cases yes. Segnol reads from the common device families used on Indian factory floors, and where a device can only export files we import them on a schedule. We check your exact models during the discovery week.
What happens to our old payroll history?+
It comes with you. We migrate at least the current financial year — usually more — so Form 16, arrears and gratuity calculations have the history they need. Nothing stays behind in the old system.
How long until our first live payroll?+
Four weeks for most factories. Week 3 is a parallel run: Segnol calculates the month alongside your current process and we explain every difference before you switch.
Do you file PF and ESI for us?+
Segnol generates the ECR, returns and challans in every plan. Our compliance team files them on your instruction under the Co-managed and Fully managed models. You remain the employer of record either way.
What does it cost?+
Per active employee per month, billed monthly or annually in INR plus GST. Implementation and training are included; managed payroll and filing support are priced per company. We quote after the discovery call — no per-seat surprises.
