PF, ESI, PT and TDS aren't add-ons — they're why payroll is hard. We treat the 15th of the month as a deadline we own with you.
The worker is a user too
A payslip nobody can read is just paper. Every payslip is written in plain language, with the figures a worker actually checks first — days worked, rate, deductions, net pay.

Dinjan Group runs manufacturing, agro and services businesses. Every one of them pays its people through Segnol — which is why the edge cases were solved before we sold a single licence.
Textile & spinning
Piece rate by the metre, three shifts, contractor PF under separate codes. The hardest payroll in the group — and the reason Segnol exists.
Agro & food processing
Headcount doubles at harvest and halves again by January. Weekly wage cycles run beside monthly staff on the same books.
IT & services
Monthly CTC, old and new TDS regimes per employee, Form 16 at year end. The part everyone gets right — we just do it in the same run.
