As Segnol ERP expands internationally, data hosting arrangements may vary depending on the Customer's location, applicable legal requirements, infrastructure availability and the applicable customer agreement.

The customer is solely responsible for verifying the age and employment eligibility of every individual it records in the Services and for complying with applicable minimum-age, child-labour and adolescent-labour legislation. Segnol ERP does not independently verify the age of any individual recorded by a customer and does not carry out employment-eligibility checks.

Where applicable law requires verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian before a child’s personal data is processed, the customer is responsible for obtaining and retaining evidence of that consent.
